Yes. Cancel in one click from the billing settings of the app, no need to contact us. Your subscription runs until the end of the period you paid for. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis: send yours within 14 days of your purchase, as our terms say.
You keep everything. Your courses, lines and training history stay on your account. Lines beyond the Free limits are locked, not deleted, until you subscribe again, and Premium library lines go back to their free preview.
One payment of $399 gives you Premium for as long as ChessAtlas exists: every course added to the library later and every new Premium feature, with nothing more to pay. It is sold on the web only and works in the mobile app with the same account.
